All orders placed before Midday (12pm) will be delivered same day (weekdays only Monday to Friday, this service is not available on Bank holidays). Your order can be delivered anytime between 9am to 8pm, subject to number of orders received. If no answer at the door we will leave the box at the safe place and we'll text you (please make sure you have entered correct phone number). If you have a spare pollybox from previous order, please leave it outside on your delivery day for our driver to collect it.
